Designed to work with Certified Wireless USB products certified by USB-IF (USB Implementers Forum) and WiMedia peer devices, it provides the enhanced capabilities necessary for a reliable and spotless streaming of high-definition (HD) media. It allows wireless HD and standard-definition (SD) video transmission at data rates from 37 Mbps to 880 Mbps, with distances sufficient for whole house wireless video coverage. TALARIA technology will be supported in the upcoming release of Windows Vista from Microsoft (www.microsoft.com) to provide users of Microsoft Windows platforms with enhanced wireless functionality.
