Wireless video technologies developer Focus Enhancements Inc. has readied an ultrawideband (UWB) evaluation system targeting the development of both personal computer and consumer electronics applications. The platform contains a PCI card with both the Focus Enhancements' digital and analog UWB chips. The system performing in WiMedia MB-OFDM UWB mode was demonstrated earlier this month in Hillsboro, Ore. and Campbell, Calif.
