Apr 24, 2008 2:42 PM

Anritsu Corporation’s board of directors have appointed Wade Hulon as vice president and general manager (GM) of the Americas sales region. The 21-year test and measurement veteran will be responsible for all sales, marketing, technical support, customer support, and business operations for Anritsu’s wireless, optical, microwave/RF, and digital test solutions in North America and Latin America.

“Wade brings a strong, proven, and successful track record to the position. His experience is a perfect match for Anritsu’s core business. As we continue to introduce innovative test solutions to meet the needs of next generation networks (NGNs) we see tremendous opportunity in North America and Latin America. Wade and the Americas sales organizations will certainly help Anritsu grow its market share in our key target markets,” said Frank Tiernan, President of Anritsu Company.

Hulon joined Anritsu in 2006 as the company’s national sales manager for telecommunications manufacturers. Prior to joining Anritsu, he served as a sales director at LeCroy Corporation. He also spent 17 years with Tektronix in a variety of regional and national sales, and business development positions. As vice president and GM, Hulon will develop programs and initiatives designed to continue Anritsu’s success in the Americas.
