MtronPTI has unwrapped a series of ultra miniature 3.2 x 5.0 mm clock oscillators. The M2060 series LVPECL oscillator offers low jitter performance of 1 ps (RMS) maximum from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. And excellent phase noise performance and frequency stability to 25 ppm over a temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C in frequencies to 212.500 MHz. A wide range of applications include mobile wireless communications, dedicated short range communications, SONET/SDH/DEWM/ATM, 1G/2G/4G/10G fiber channel, 1G/10G gigabit Ethernet, storage area networks, broadband access, digital video, phase-locked loops (PLLs), digital network switching, microprocessors/SDP/FPGA, test equipment and industrial controllers. Designed to operate from a supply of 3.3 Vdc, the ultra miniature ceramic package is RoHS compliant.
