P1dB has introduced YouForm, a series of high-quality, low-cost, jacketed coaxial cables that are hand-formable and are terminated at each end with stainless-steel SMA connectors. These cables are 100% VSWR tested and exhibit a VSWR of 1.35:1, maximum, at 18 GHz. They can be supplied in two diameters: RG-405 (0.085") or RG-402 (0.141").
Typical applications include R-F and M-W rack-mounted systems, radar, base stations, module-to-module links and communications systems. Lengths from three inches to 18 inches can be supplied from stock. The price is $9.95 each for quantities of 10 or more (minimum 10 cables). Longer lengths can be supplied at a slightly higher price.
