Value of U.S. Navy SeaPort-e contract will approach $47.8 billion

Paradigm Holdings has announced that Paradigm Solutions Corporation, its wholly-owned subsidiary, has been awarded a prime U. S. Navy SeaPort enhanced (SeaPort-e) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for engineering, technical, financial and program management services. The contract period of performance is through 2019, and has an estimated combined ceiling of $47.8 billion dollars for all contractors.

SeaPort-e provides a contracting vehicle to support 22 functional areas in seven geographic zones across the United States with customers such as the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command. In addition, other Department of Defense and non-DoD agencies may use this contract vehicle for related work.

Under the terms of this contract vehicle, Paradigm will compete for task orders in all seven geographic zones for a broad range of support services, including research and development support, and engineering. The Paradigm Solutions industry team partners include: Synergist Technology Group, Systems Documentation, Life Cycle Engineering, Remtech/Ciber and George G. Sharp.
