20 to 38 GHz GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier is housed in an QFN plastic package
Apr 9, 2008 2:50 PM

Mimix Broadband has introduced a GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier in a RoHS compliant, standard 3- x 3- millimeter QFN plastic package, covering 20 to 38 GHz. Identified as XL1010-QT, this LNA delivers a 3-dB noise figure and a 17-dB small signal gain and is intended for multiple receiver applications that require broadband performance with simple bias requirements. The XL1010-QT also includes on-chip ESD protection structures and DC bypass capacitors to ease implementation and volume assembly.

The device is fully matched and requires only a single, positive bias supply, making it well suited for low-cost solution for a wide range of applications.
Mimix performs 100% RF testing on the XL1010-QT. Samples are available from stock; production quantities ship in six to eight weeks.

Mimix Broadband, Inc. is an ISO 9001-registered company, that designs high performance GaAs semiconductors from DC to 50 GHz for microwave and millimeter-wave wireless communications applications, as bare dice or in surface mount packages.
