Midcom Inc., a producer of telecommunications transformers, and global distributor Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. have inked a distribution agreement for the Americas and Asia Pacific. It involves the distribution of Midcom's complete line of transformer and inductor products. Midcom's transformers are used globally in analog/digital telephone systems, modems, circuit management, networking, multiplexing, D4 channel banks, signaling, automatic call distribution, public data transmission (TV, FAX, MUX), electronic mail, bulletin board services, mobile communications, security systems and a wide variety of amplifiers and recorders for the sound system market.
