Aeroflex today announced the launch of its multi-handset TM500 test set for Long Term Evolution (LTE) cellular measurement applications. The test set enables infrastructure equipment vendors accelerate the pace of their LTE development projects. The company also announced that it had won a contract to supply a major infrastructure equipment vendor with the TM500 LTE Multi-UE test set. As many as 32 equivalent LTE handsets are contained within one of the test sets, simplifying the job of functional network testing with multiple user units.
