Model CGB80001-SC is a broadband amplifier designed for applications from DC to 2.8 GHz. It provides +27 dBm (0.5 W) output power with 15.5 dB gain at 2.1 GHz and is housed in an RoHS-compliant, SOT-89 package. The compact amplifier is designed for +5-VDC applications, and consumes only 100 mA current. It includes an integrated active bias circuit and electrostatic-discharge (ESD) protection.
