Model 4CMD10-1X is a dual-junction X-band circulator designed for use in active phased-array antenna systems. It operates from 8.5 to 10.5 GHz and handles 10 W power from -45 to +65°C. The insertion loss at the transmit antenna port is only 0.5 dB while the insertion loss at the receive antenna port is 0.9 dB. The isolation from input to transmit antenna port is 20 dB while the isolation between the input to receive antenna port is 33 dB.
