Dec 4, 2008 6:03 PM

Mini-Circuits has added the model ZHL-100W-52 to its lineup of RF power amplifiers. Equipped with 50-ohm SMA connectors, this Class A amplifier delivers 100 W output power from 50 to 500 MHz. Suitable for defense, test, and UHF/VHF transmitter applications, the amplifier provides 50 dB typical gain across its operating bandwidth, with gain flatness of typically +/-1.2 dB. The input VSWR is typically 1.45:1 while the output VSWR is typically 2.50:1. The amplifier, which draws 10.5 A from a +24-VDC supply, achieves third-order-intercept (IP3) performance of typically +57 dBm.
