Model CVCO55CC-2269-2580 is a voltage-controlled oscillator with tuning range of 2269 to 2580 MHz for tuning voltages of about 0.5 to 16 V. It delivers +5 dBm typical output power across that tuning range with second-harmonic suppression of typically -20 dBc. The single-sideband (SSB) phase noise is -107 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. The VCO exhibits frequency pulling of 3 MHz and frequency pushing of 0.50 MHz/V with maximum current consumption of 35 mA for a +8-VDC supply. The VCO is housed in an industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package.
