Doubled CRO Delivers 6250 MHz Nov 25, 2008 3:20 PM
Model CVCO55CXT-6250-6250 is a coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO) designed for fixed-frequency use at 6250 MHz. It delivers typical output power of 0 dBm into a 50-ohm load, with phase noise of typically -100 dBc/Hz offset 10 Hz from the carrier and -122 dBc/Hz offset 100 kHz from the carrier. Harmonics are typically -25 dBc or better. Frequency pushing is typically 1.5 MHz/V while frequency pulling is typically 0.5 MHz peak to peak. The oscillator, which is ideal for digital radios and wireless base stations, features tuning sensitivity of typically 20 MHz/V for tuning voltages of 0.5 to 4.5 V. It draws typically 25 mA current from a +8-VDC supply. The CRO is supplied in an industry-standard housing measuring 0.5 x 0.5 in. Crystek Microwave (www.crystek.com)
