The EVCO series of voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) provides high spectral purity for military, industrial, and satellite-communications (satcom) applications from 100 MHz to 5 GHz. The VCOs are designed to provide high frequency stability with linear tuning and level output power across wide frequency tuning ranges. The VCOs, which are supplied in hermetically sealed housings, feature single-sideband (SSB) phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. They are designed for operating temperatures from -40 to +85 degrees centigrade.
