Dec 22, 2008 1:29 PM

High-frequency components and systems supplier MITEQ has introduced a frequency doubler, model MAX2M0714N01U which is ideal for satellite-communications applications. It operates with input signals from 6.75 to 7.25 at +10 dBm and produces output signals from 13.5 to 14.5 GHz at +23 dBm or more. The doubler features typical harmonic rejection of -20 dBc. It requires 350 mA at +15 VDC and 10 mA at -10 VDC. The frequency doubler is supplied with female K connectors and measures 0.90 x 0.69 x 0.23 in. without connectors.
