Peak Power Meters Provide Wide Bandwidth
Sep 23, 2008 6:48 PM

The ML2480B series of wideband peak power meters combine a 64-MSamples/s sampling rate with wide 20-MHz test bandwidth in support of measurements on next-generation wireless communications and military electronics systems. Two meters in the series provide the capabilities for measuring peak power, average power, and crest factor of complex modulated signals. Model ML2487B is for single-sensor use while model ML2488B is for use with dual sensors. A wide range of sensors (which determine the operating frequency range) is available for use with the meters, at frequencies to 50 GHz.
