Spectrum Microwave has announced a line of surface-mount filtered low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) with multiple gain stages. The amplifiers, which feature 1.8 dB noise figure at GPS frequencies, boast more than 35 dB out-of-band rejection at 1575.42 MHz with their integrated filtering. They can be supplied with gain levels of 26, 32, or 38 dB. The amplifiers can operate on power supplies of +5 to +32 VDC and draw only 77 mA current.
