The new autumn 2005 edition of Quick Reference Guide from Filtronic Compound Semiconductor now consists of two separate brochures, one for the discrete/MMIC product line and one for the switch product line. The Discrete catalog features several new broadband MMICs, and the new line of packaged C-band amplifiers. The Switch catalog also includes several new switch products as well for WLAN/WiMAX applications. Both brochures include a special section covering WiMAX product offerings. Devices are commercially available in both discrete and package form.
