Rogers Showcases Laminates At Munich Electronica Show
Nov 13, 2008 10:54 AM

Rogers Corporation will highlight its RO4000R and RO3000R laminate materials at the Electronica trade show, scheduled this week (November 11-14) at the New Munich Trade Fair Center. These low-loss materials also exhibit low z-axis expansion, making them ideal for high-frequency applications subject to wide temperature extremes. The lead-free RoHS-compliant laminates offer the outstanding performance of PTFE-based materials with the ease of fabrication common to FR-4 (epoxy/glass) laminates. They are ideal for a wide range of performance-sensitive, high volume applications such as commercial communications. The firm will also show its HEATWAVE thermal management composite material and COOLSPAN thermally conductive grease and adhesive materials.
