Ralph Phillips comments: "I would like to congratulate Arsen on his new position as president of TECOM and look forward to continuing our strategic vision. TECOM has an outstanding team and we are excited about the future and continued opportunities. In particular we have key initiatives in the UAV, satcom, and Ku-band broadband areas that will provide continued growth at TECOM."
