VCO offers ultralow phase noise, high linearity Apr 10, 2008 5:06 PM
Crystek's CVCO55CC-1260-1400 VCO operates from 1260 MHz to 1400 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 V~12 V. It features a typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and offers high linearity in the tuning range. And is housed in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 8.0 V, with a max current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.20 MHz and 0.20 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical. This coaxial resonator based VCO is designed for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations. Pricing for the CVCO55CC-1260-1400 starts at $18.46 each in volume.
